Since it notices at that point there are missing streams from the item it bails playback. The Roku video format detection routine is what is responsible for detecting the end of the file. That means there are missing tracks inside the file. But the remaining tracks have not been renumbered. There are tracks that have been removed from the file. The problem you have is caused by MakeMKV. I see two attempts to play a file on the Roku and both are the same file.
